All Hotel accounts for the above named persons must be settled before departure.

You will be liable for any cancellation charge levied by the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel if the above accommodation is cancelled after the date on which this form is signed. Any cancellation of accommodation should be notified, in the first instance, to the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel with the Society being advised accordingly.
