Cheques should be made payable to THE CREMATION SOCIETY OF GREAT BRITAIN and payment must accompany this form.
Exhibition space fees MUST be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Conference. No exhibitor will be permitted to erect a stand unless full payment has been received.
Refunds in respect of cancellation may be made up to a total of 75% plus V.A.T. (excluding early booking) provided that written notice is received no later than Friday 23 June 2006. Thereafter NO refunds can be made.
