Professor Geoffrey Woodroffe, M.A.(Cantab)

Professor Geoffrey Woodroffe is a solicitor and currently director of the Centre for Consumer and Commercial Law at Brunel University, Uxbridge.

He was the Funeral Ombudsman from 1994 to 2002, and is Consultant for the EC Commission, the Office of Fair Trading, DTI and the Consumers' Association and a Member of the Law Society's Consumer Sub-Committee and NHBC Consumer Committee.

He has been a member of the Council since 1998.
